After three months without salary distribution, despite the authority holding hundreds of billions of dinars, and remaining silent about the basic rights of teachers and employees, this silence is a consistent characteristic of this authority, and it comes as no surprise.
The simplest rights, such as paying teachers and employees, are being ignored by the authority, which appears blind and deaf to these needs.
